Yoga and Fitness

Yoga in particular, can help improve balance, strengthen muscles, and create awareness and harmony in both the mind and body.

Inspired by the Indian summer and drawing upon the need to find nature within the city, I keep finding myself walking down some unknown dirt path with a yoga mat strapped to my back. What I will find, I don’t actually know. More often than not I discover some place special that many might not know. I lay down my mat and salute the sun and feel a sense of peace. With the intention of having a yoga practice connected in nature, I invite you to join me on my quest.
I will guide everyone to a location of interest and lead a yoga class with some guided meditation. Bring a picnic lunch and we can hang out and chat afterward.
